Letβs Make
Loaded Tater Tots
Super Bowl Sunday is around the corner, so game-day eats are at the top of my mind. If youβre looking for a quick and tasty appetizer that you can pull together with minimal ingredients β this is it! These loaded tater tots are such a crowd-pleaser and no matter the event, youβll see people coming back for more and more.
Ingredients
28oz bag Frozen Tater Tots
8oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese (I recommend buying a block of cheese and grating it yourself)
3 Slices of Bacon (cooked & crumbled)
2 Tbsp Sliced Scallion
1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning ( like to use Bold Bayou Cajun by FreshJax)
FlavorTown Top Secret Sauce
FlavorTown Donkey Sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the bacon on the sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until crispy.
Once the bacon is cooked to your liking, move it to a plate lined with a paper towel to cool. Once cooled (about 5 minutes give or take) crumble and set aside.
Next, toss your tater tots onto your baking sheet and cook for 13 minutes.
Remove your tater tots from the oven, flip then season. Place back into the oven for an additional 13 minutes (or until crispy and golden brown).
Remove the tater tots from the oven and then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
Broil for 1-2 minutes, your cheese should be nice and melted at this point.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with FlavorTown sauces (Top Secret + Donkey Sauce) then sprinkle with scallions.
